Retail Strategist, Visual Merchant and Product Designer
Suzi West, aka The Retail Sherpa, has over 25 years of experience and expertise in Visual Merchandising, Product Development and Marketing Brand Strategy.
Suzi began her career with Limited Brands, based in Columbus, OH. As the Visual Director, she directed all Visual Merchandising initiatives and led teams nationwide to ensure brand consistency across 1000 stores. In the 10 years she contributed to Express, Suzi opened over 500 new stores and launched new retail categories including Express Men and Bath and Body Works.
In 2004, Suzi created the lifestyle brand, Collier West. As buyer, curator, merchant and brand strategist, she scaled the luxury store from a single 600 SF boutique to a nationally recognized purveyor, now located in Brooklyn, New York.
Suzi relocated to Southern California to launch Green Seeds Creative, a strategic creative agency specializing in green beauty, the natural lifestyle and plant-based product development. Her consulting work included the Ohio based start-up Green Growth Brands, where she developed an extensive line of CBD consumer products sold under the name Seventh Sense Botanicals.
As a career retail consultant, Suzi's projects have included both start-up and corporate clients, ranging in size from 700SF to 30,000+SF, both nationally and internationally.
