Regan Tonti is naturally curious. She is an experienced qualitative researcher that started her career at Lextant, working with clients like Proctor & Gamble, Nationwide Insurance, GSK, Honeywell, Lowes, DICK'S Sporting Goods, and Fiat ChryslerAutomotive to name a few. She carries with her quality agency insight on research strategies and methodologies that align with her client's objectives.

Regan has made an art out of talking with consumers in the field and leaves each interview as an advocate for them; she owes it to both her clients and the consumers to turn their conversations into actionable insights that move design teams and business strategies forward.

Additionally, Regan has been a board member and logistician for Columbus Flea since 2011. Columbus Flea has been an incubator of sorts for a ton of small, local businesses who got their start at CF, all while raising money for 2 great causes: hunger relief (Mid-Ohio Foodbank) and women's reproductive health (Planned Parenthood of Central Ohio).
