She is a creative professional with a background in visual design, marketing, brand strategy and project management, with over 20 years experience in driving creative processes from concept to customer. Paula is recognized for her exceptional organizational and high-level leadership skills, with the ability to adapt and react quickly in a continually changing work environment. Her specialties include: creative strategy, brand & visual identity, idea generation, new retail start ups/, event planning, project management, process improvement, talent development and budget management.
