Lauren is the founder of Eighth & May, a Los Angeles-based writing solutions agency that helps businesses turn their ideas into words. Lauren believes that clean, sharp language is often the difference maker in customer conversion, and helps ensure her clients never lose a deal over sloppy grammar, style, or usage. Her current work calls upon eight years of experience in marketing and customer service, all with an emphasis on written communication. Lauren, who studied English and American Literature at NYU, has an innate ability to make dull documents sing -- and quickly. Whether she’s developing a brand voice or crafting a blog post, she writes with the needs and wants of both client and audience in mind.
