With a background in architectural design and fine art, Julie’s edge as a 3D designer comes from a foundational love of making compelling visuals. Her professional training began at the University of Cincinnati (DAAP), where she earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Architecture. Afterward, she honed her strategic and conceptual skills at agencies both in the US and abroad; spent several years designing branded restaurant experiences; and worked with clients such as Hertz, Pepsi, and Baccarat. Julie excels in translating an idea, a client conversation, or a sketch into a well-crafted spatial experience that communicates an identity. She now freelances nationwide for large design firms and boutique studios alike.
When she isn’t creating commercial environments for brands, you can find her painting and drawing. Her fine art studio is located at Blockfort, an award-winning gallery and artist warehouse space in downtown Columbus, Ohio.
