Deliverable:  Brand Campaign in tune with the Local Culture

A family purchased a downtown mall in Stamford Connecticut and needed a brand campaign that would grab attention.

Through on-the-ground research in the local market, we were able to build key customer personas. This included cultural trends driving retail real estate and shopping behaviors.

Through our brand campaign work, we reconnected this property to the cultural moment and built instant relevancy, competitive differentiation and momentum for the brand. 


We were honored to have our work on this brand campaign recognized with multiple awards in 2021, earning “Platinum” in both the MarCom and the Creativity International Design & Advertising Awards, along with winning “Silver” at the NYX Awards.
